Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. LABOR MARKET STUDY UPDATE Human Resource Director, Monica Welch, will provide a status update of Labor Market Study, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. II. PAY PLAN UPDATE Administration and staff will provide an update on the City's pay plan, followed by questions and/or discussion from City Council. ADDITION III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF DECEMBER 19, 2018. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the December 19, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the December 18, 2018 Regular Worksession and the December 18, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding potential annexation of Mesa del Sol.
