Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS I. 2020 COUNCIL MEETING CALENDAR REVIEW City Council review of the 2020 calendar of scheduled Citizens Forums, Worksessions and City Council meetings. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the November 20, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting, the November 19, 2019 Regular Worksession and the November 19, 2019 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the Boys and Girls Club and the City of Yuma v. Salvation Army.
