Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. YUMA VISITOR'S BUREAU ANNUAL REPORT
Linda Morgan, Executive Director of Yuma Visitor's Bureau, will provide the associations
annual report, including current activities and strategic plan for the future, followed by City
Council discussion and/or questions.
II. CITIZENS ONLINE REPORTING
Deputy Chief of Police, Lisa Culp and Lieutenant Mike Wilcher will provide a briefing of the
Citizens Online Reporting software that will allow citizens to complete non-violent and no
suspect crime reports online, followed by City Council discussion and/or questions.
III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF NOVEMBER 20, 2019
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).
IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving
legal advice for items included on the November 20, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting, the
November 19, 2019 Regular Worksession and the November 19, 2019 Citizen’s Forum
agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:
A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the Boys and
Girls Club and the City of Yuma v. Salvation Army. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4)
