ORD O2015-016 Land and Improvements Lease: Zee Tacos LLC Accept conveyance of title to real property and improvements from Zee Tacos L.L.C. and authorize an eight-year land and improvements lease back to Zee Tacos L.L.C. pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 42-6209. Subsection C of the statute requires that such a lease "must be approved by a simple majority vote of the governing body without the use of a consent calendar."
