II. CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION REPORT Presentation from Clean and Beautiful Commission Chair, David Psolka, regarding the commissions annual report and proposed future projects, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council. III. MESA HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION STRATEGY AREA PLAN Presentation by Neighborhood Services Manager, Rhonda Lee-James regarding an update to the Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area Plan for the Mesa Heights Neighborhood, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council. IV. ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR POSSIBLE DISCUSSION A. City Council report on meetings/events attended – City Council report on issues discussed in meetings/events attended by a City Council representative in their official capacity as the City’s representative during the period of March 18 to March 31, 2015. City Council questions regarding the report must be limited solely for clarification purposes. If further discussion is warranted, the issue will be added to a future worksession agenda for a detailed briefing. B. City Council report of upcoming meetings. C.
