City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. II. LOCAL ECONOMICS AND CURRENT/PROJECTED PROJECTS Presentation by Greg Wilkinson, City Administrator, on final budget economic indicators, City projects and other local projects; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. IN-FILL AND 2 YEAR BUILDING VACANCIES Laurie Lineberry, Director of Community Development will provide an overview of the City's In-fill Incentives and 2-year Building Vacancies policy, including state law, what other Arizona communities are doing and some future possibilities for Yuma; followed by discussion and/or question from City Council. IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the August 4, 2015 Citizen's Forum and Regular Worksession agendas and the August 5, 2015, Regular Council Meeting agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the default and assignment of contract by Franks Family Dining Yuma #2 LLC.
