RESOLUTION CONSENT AGENDA R2015-034 Issuance of Bonds: City of Yuma Municipal Property Corporation Municipal Facilities Revenue and Revenue Refunding Bonds Approving the issuance of City of Yuma Municipal Property Corporation (MPC) Senior Lien Excise Tax Revenue and Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2015; delegate to the Finance Director the authority to determine various terms with respect to such series 2015 bonds; approve certain agreements and an official statement with respect thereto and the execution and delivery thereof; authorize the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and declare an emergency.
