Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. GREATER YUMA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MID-YEAR REPORT Update by Julie Engel, President/CEO of Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation, on the organizations mid-year report, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council II. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) CIP Administrator, Czarina Gallegos, will present on Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Years 2017-2021 and give an overview/status update on funded projects, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. BUDGET REVIEW Discussion/review of the approved Preliminary Budget and a presentation by City Administrator, Greg Wilkinson, regarding City Council's questions related to specific budget line items. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF APRIL 20, 2016. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
