Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City
Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures
will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. GREATER YUMA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MID-YEAR REPORT
Update by Julie Engel, President/CEO of Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation,
on the organizations mid-year report, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City
Council
II. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP)
CIP Administrator, Czarina Gallegos, will present on Capital Improvement Program Fiscal
Years 2017-2021 and give an overview/status update on funded projects, followed by
discussion and/or questions from City Council.
III. BUDGET REVIEW
Discussion/review of the approved Preliminary Budget and a presentation by City
Administrator, Greg Wilkinson, regarding City Council's questions related to specific budget
line items.
IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF APRIL 20, 2016.
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and
on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).

V. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during the public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal
advice for items on this agenda pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the
following items:
A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding the City of
Yuma v. PMG Partnership, LLC. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4)
