City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, July 5, 2016 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2008-55 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. YUMA FIRE POST-FIRE OUTREACH PROGRAM (POP) Fire Chief Steve Irr and Fire Inspector, Mark Gordon, will introduce the POP program to City Council, including its origin, purpose, goals and funding; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JULY 6, 2016 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the July 6, 2016 Regular City Council Meeting, the July 5, 2016 Regular Worksession and the July 5, 2016 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding Yuma Mesa Land LLC et al v. City of Yuma et al.
