PHASE I CLIMATEC UPDATE Deputy City Administrator, Ricky Rinehart and Climatec's VP of Energy Services, Tom Jackson and Business Development Manager, Jeff Bartel, will give an update on the Phase I projects by Climatec; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council.
