Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF NOVEMBER 2, 2016 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. WORKSESSION WILL RECESS TO CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM #190 TO CONTINUE MEETING II. PUBLIC WORKS OVERVIEW City Council will have the opportunity to view, discuss and ask questions of Public Works Director, Joel Olea, and staff regarding status boards on display in Conference Room #190 relating to Public Works Department projects, as well as issues staff has experienced and possible options. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. There are no Executive Session agenda items scheduled at this time.
