HIGHWAY USER REVENUE FUND (HURF): Urge the Legislature to restore HURF to statutory funding levels. B. PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM (PSPRS): Urge further revisions to protect PSPRS from bankruptcy and create an equitable distribution system between the employers and employees. COUNTY ISLANDS: Design legislation that improves the county island annexation process without undue burden to any one party. D. SB1487 “STATE LAW; LOCAL VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES”: Urge the Legislature to repeal SB1487, which was codified as A.R.S. § 41-194.01. E. WORKERS COMPENSATION: Discussion of current Worker Compensation laws and regulations and possible changes. F. ARIZONA STATE BUDGET: Discussion of Governor Ducey's 2017-18 budget proposal and potential changes. G.
