This Special Worksession/Retreat is an opportunity for the Mayor, City Council, City Administrator
and City Executive Staff to identify and review the City Council’s goals, values and vision for the
community. Based on time limitations, it is possible that not all agenda items will be reviewed and
discussed. No action or vote will be taken at this Special Worksession/Retreat. Any items requiring
further discussion or a vote will be placed on a future City Council meeting agenda.

Wilkinson, and Finance Director, Pat Wicks, regarding impacts on the City and the fiscal year
2017-2018 budget.
II. CRITICAL NEEDS/CONCERNS AND CITY PRIORITIES: Presentations by City staff
regarding critical needs and concerns of the departments, including discussion related to the
City's priorities and the budget.
