PUBLIC ACCESS INFORMATION: Public access to the Special Worksession/Retreat can be
made through the 3E Main Gate. All visitors must present picture ID at the gate.
This Special Worksession/Retreat is an opportunity for the Mayor, Councilmembers,
Administrator and the Executive Team staff to identify and review goals, values and visions for
the City. Based on time limitations, it is possible that not all agenda items will be reviewed and
discussed. No action or vote will be taken at this Special Worksession/Retreat. Any items
requiring further discussion, action or vote will be placed on a future City Council meeting
agenda.

OPEN MEETING LAW OVERVIEW
Open Meeting Law overview given by City Attorney, Richard Files.
I. CITY IMPACTS & BUDGET OVERVIEW
Presentation by City Administrator, Greg Wilkinson, regarding impacts on the City and the
fiscal year 2018-2019 budget.
II. ANYCOMM PROJECT
City Administrator, Greg Wilkinson, will discuss the proposal of a Citizen's Oversight
Committee for the anyComm Project as well as address privacy concerns and a presentation
will be given by Assistant City Prosecutor, Emily Hart, and Lieutenant Don Willits related to
the 4th Amendment.
