Avenue 3E, Yuma, AZ PUBLIC ACCESS INFORMATION: Public access to the Special Worksession/Retreat can be made through the 3E Main Gate. All visitors must present picture ID at the gate. This Special Worksession/Retreat is an opportunity for the Mayor, Councilmembers, Administrator and the Executive Team staff to identify and review goals, values and visions for the City. Based on time limitations, it is possible that not all agenda items will be reviewed and discussed. No action or vote will be taken at this Special Worksession/Retreat. Any items requiring further discussion, action or vote will be placed on a future City Council meeting agenda. CALL TO ORDER I.
