Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. AMBULANCE PROJECT
Fire Chief Steve Irr will present the Yuma Fire Departments ambulance project that was
completed utilizing local vendors and talent within the City of Yuma organization, which
inlcudes a cost savings to the City and has retained our tax dollars locally; followed by
discussion and/or questions from City Council.
II. FALLEN OFFICER MONUMENT
Eric Egan, President of the Fraternal Order of Police Yuma Lodge #24 will present their
monument project dedicated to remembering the fallen officers of the Yuma area that is
proposed to be displayed at the Pacific Avenue Athletic Compex; followed by discussion
and/or questions from City Council.
III. MARICOPA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS UNIFORM STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
AND DETAILS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION WITH SUPPLEMENTS
Discussion regarding the Maricopa Association of Governments Uniform Standard
Specifications and Details for Public Works Construction (MAG) and City of Yuma
Supplements to MAG, and how it benefits the City; followed by discusion and/or questions by
City Council.
IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF FEBRUARY 7, 2018.
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).

V. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving
legal advice for items included on the February 7, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the
February 6, 2018 Regular Worksession and the February 6, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas,
pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:
A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding the City of
Yuma v. PMG Partnership, LLC. (A.R.S 38-431.03 A3 & A4)
B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding Avenue 6E
Investments, et al v. COY (A.R.S 38-431.03 A3 and A4)
