Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. MARINE AVIATION WEAPONS AND TACTICS SQUADRON ONE (MAWTS-1) EXERCISE Briefing by representatives of Marine Corps Air Station - Yuma regarding the upcoming Weapons and Tactics Instructor Exercise scheduled for April 20, 2018, followed by discussion and/or questions from the City Council. II. TRAFFIC CONTROL Briefing by Jeff Kramer, City Engineer, regarding the City's permit traffic control requirements and procedures during street closures due to construction in the area, followed by discussion and/or questions by City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MARCH 7, 2018. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel, regarding the City of Yuma v. PKC, et al.
