Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. DEVELOPMENT FEES, LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS PLAN Overview of the City's proposed development fee process, the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvements Plan given by Andrew McGarvie, Engineering Manager, and Ben Griffin, representative from TichlerBise, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. PROJECT DELIVERY METHODS Briefing by Jeff Kramer, City Engineer, regarding project delivery methods, including the City's current delivery methods, candidate projects and alternate delivery methods, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MARCH 21, 2018. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
