City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, July 17, 2018 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. LUCITY SOFTWARE OVERVIEW Kathleen Fernandez, Information Technology Services Director, and Brian Lucero, ITS Senior Business Applications Analyst, will present an overview of the Lucity software being used City wide, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. INFILL OVERLAY ACTIVITY UPDATE Laurie Lineberry, Department of Community Developement Director, and Alyssa Lineville, Principal Planner, will present an update of development activity generated by the Infill Overlay after one year, and provide information about the proposed Corner Market text amendment to the Infill Overlay; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JULY 18, 2018. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the July 18, 2018 Regular City Council Meeting, the July 17, 2018 Regular Worksession and the July 17, 2018 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Fabela v. COY.
