Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. RECOGNITION OF THE 2018 NEIGHBORHOOD LEADERSHIP ACADEMY MEMBERS
Recognition of the 2019 Neighborhood Leadership Academy (NLA) class by Tad Zavodsky,
Neighborhood Services Specialist, followed by discussion and/or questions from City
Council.
II. COMPANY HOUSING
Community Development Director, Laurie Lineberry, and DCD staff will provide an overview
of the proposed Company Housing text amendment, along with history and outreach efforts,
followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council.
III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF APRIL 3, 2019.
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).
IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving
legal advice for items included on the April 3, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting, the April 2,
2019 Regular Worksession and the April 2, 2019 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S.
Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:
A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding two potential
legal matters. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4)
