CITY OF YUMA 2018-2019 AND 2019-2020 BUDGETS Presentations by Jay Simonton, Interim City Administrator, and various City staff members; followed by City Council questions and/or discussion. A. Overview of City fund types and utilization of those funds; including property taxes, current and future revenue projections, expenditure increases, personnel recommendations, and other changes. The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) may be discussed as part of the overall budget. B. Department discussions: Mayor & City Council, City Administration, City Attorney, Human Resources, Information Technology Services, Finance, Community Development, Public Works, Engineering, Utilities, Parks & Recreation, Police, Fire and Municipal Court. C. Budget schedule and future City Council actions.
