City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, May 14, 2019 6:00 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. FISCAL YEAR 2019-2023 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Larry Halberstadt, Assistant Director of Engineering, will present an summary and status update on funded projects of the Fiscal Year 2019 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and an overview of the 2020-2024 preliminary CIP plan and budget; followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. FISCAL YEAR 2019-2023 BUDGET Continued budget discussions from the May 7, 2019 Special Worksession, that may include: various City funds; property tax; current and future revenue projections; expenditure increases; personnel recommendations; CIP; various departments; future budget actions; and, scheduling. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MAY 15, 2019. City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the May 15, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting, the May 14, 2019 Regular Worksession and the May 14, 2019 Citizen’s Forum agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding COY v. the Salvation Army.
