CITY OF YUMA'S VISION AND STRATEGIC PLAN Discussion among City Councilmembers and members of the Design and Historic Review Commission regarding City Council's recently adopted 2021-2025 Strategic Plan. The discussion format includes a brief presentation by Mayor Nicholls or his designee, followed by discussion regarding the Strategic Plan and City Council's vision for the Historic Downtown/Riverfront and other aesthetic areas throughout the City.
