CITY OF YUMA'S VISION AND STRATEGIC PLAN Discussion among City Councilmembers and members of the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding City Council's recently adopted 2021-2025 Strategic Plan. The discussion format includes a brief presentation by Mayor Douglas J. Nicholls or his designee, followed by discussion regarding the Strategic Plan and City Council's vision for the City. II. CITY OF YUMA 2022 GENERAL PLAN Discussion among City Councilmember's and members of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the proposed City of Yuma 2022 General Plan.
