Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the
Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing.
Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws.
CALL TO ORDER
I. MAJOR GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT: CITY OF YUMA 2022 GENERAL PLAN
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on the City of Yuma 2022 General
Plan.
II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JANUARY 19, 2022
City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting
agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is
posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk
and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving
legal advice for items included on the January 19, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting and the
January 18, 2022, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1,
3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items:
A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Unmanned
Aerial Vehicle (UAV) laws and City of Yuma UAV policies. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 & A4)
B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding a proposed
settlement in two cases titled, Michael Woen v. City of Yuma and Heather Redden v. City of
Yuma. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3 and A4)

C. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding an ADEQ
