Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. YUMA COALITION BROWNFIELD ASSESSMENT GRANT - BROWNFIELDS TO INNOVATION DISTRICTS Dave Wostenberg, City Engineer and consultants from Ayres Associates, will provide an overview of the goals and anticipated deliverables of the Yuma Coalition EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant, and relation to supporting the Yuma MultiVersity Strategic Assessment recommendation; followed by questions/discussion from City Council. II. QUARTERLY FINANCIAL BRIEFING Douglas Allen, Finance Director, will present on the City's FY2022 audit results and process; FY2023 financial status; and outlook for FY2024, followed by questions and/or discussions with City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF FEBRUARY 15, 2023 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
