Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. CABALLEROS DE YUMA ANNUAL REPORT Briefing by David Carvell, El Presidente, of the Caballeros regarding the association's annual report, including current activities and strategic plans for the future, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. II. BICYCLE SAFETY MONTH PROCLAMATION Mayor Nicholls will read a proclamation declaring May 2023 Bicycle Safety Month. III. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Susan Cowey, CIP Administrator, will brief the City Council on the proposed FY 2024 Capital Improvement Program, followed by discussion and/or questions from City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MAY 17, 2023 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. V. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the May 17, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting and the May 16, 2023, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S.
