Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. COMMUNITY CONNECT PROGRAM Overview by Alyssa Linville, Director of Planning and Neighborhood Services, on the newly configured and deployed, Community Connect, a program that increases transparency to the public for development activity occurring within the City. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JUNE 21, 2023 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. III. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the June 21, 2023 Regular City Council Meeting and the June 20, 2023 Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with, and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding Martin Urquijo Notice of Claim dated May 16, 2023.
