Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. ARTS AND ECONOMIC PROSPERITY STUDY Kami Ellsworth, Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation, will introduce representatives from the Arizona Commission on the Arts and the Arizona Citizens for the Arts who will be presenting on the Arts and Economic Prosperity Study, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. II. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM QUARTERLY UPDATE FOR FY 2024 Steve Wilson, Assistant Director of Engineering, will present the CIP Quarterly Update for 2024, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. III. DRONE PROGRAM BRIEFING Fire Chief, Dustin Fields and Police Chief, Tom Garrity, will brief City Council on the Citywide Drone program, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MARCH 20, 2024 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
