This meeting is for discussion pertaining to the upcoming Ordinances, Resolutions, and discussion items of the Community Development Committee for review as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes of November 22, 2021 ACTIONABLE ITEMS: 1. An ordinance to amend and revise the zoning map and make permanent zoning in the City of Zanesville, Ohio as herein provided. 2. An ordinance authorizing the community development director to prepare and submit an application to participate in the J.W. and M.H. Straker Foundation for Funding 3. An ordinance accepting annexed property and declaring an emergency. 4. An ordinance authorizing the proper city official to accept funds from the Ohio Department of Development for the purposes of the reconstruction of Muskingum Avenue locally known as Dug Road. 5. An ordinance authorizing the proper city officials to execute a pre- annexation agreement with Jeffrey Drennen. 6. An ordinance authorizing the second amendment to the Zanesville-Perry Township Joint Economic Development District Contract. DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1.
