DISCUSSION ITEMS Ordinance Amending Chapter 175 of the Codified Ordinances relating to the Emergency Medical Services Board, and declaring an emergency. 3. Rankin and Rankin is asking for yellow curb in front of their office. 4. The Mayor was asking for no right turns on red northbound on Maple at Walmart or out of the Walmart driveway no right turn on red. 5. No right turns on red northbound at Country Club and Maple Ave. and no right turn on red at Staples driveway. 6. Downtown Parking 7. Non-operational vehicles on city streets. TRAFFIC ORDERS Traffic Order 2022-01 SECTION ONE: No Turn on Red from northbound Maple Avenue into Walmart private drive. SECTION TWO: No Turn on Red from Walmart private drive northbound onto Maple Avenue. SECTION THREE The appropriate signs shall be installed in accordance with O.R.C. 4511.09. Traffic Order 2022-02 SECTION ONE: No Turn on Red from Staple’s private drive onto northbound Maple Avenue. SECTION TWO: The appropriate signs shall be installed in accordance with O.R.C. 4511.09. Traffic Order 2022-03 SECTION ONE: There is hereby established a No Parking Anytime Zone on the south side of Smithfield Avenue from Maysville Avenue west 180’.
