Ordinance No. 2022-37 – Introduced by Council – An Ordinance authorizing the Public Service Director to enter into a Professional contract with Verdantas for a Phase II Assessment for the Lear site located at 2200 Linden Avenue, Muskingum County, Ohio (“SITE”), Parcel Number 85-36-01-07-000, and declaring an emergency.
