SPECIAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN JOINT MEETING OF THE ZIONSVILLE
PLAN COMMISSION & THE TOWN COUNCIL
MEETING MEMORANDA
Plan Commission Members Present: David Franz, President (VIA Zoom); Josh Fedor, Mary
Grabianowski, Jim Hurst, Kendrick Davis, Nick Plopper
Council Members Present: Brad Burk, Vice President; Craig Melton, Evan Norris, Sarah Sampson
Also Present: Mayor John Stehr, Mike Dale, Director of Planning & Building, and other Town staff.
Vice-President Burk called the meeting to order at approximately 9:30 a.m.
Mike Dale, Director of Planning & Building gave a brief overview and introduced Adam Peaper,
HWC Engineering Project Manager, Planner.
Mr. Peaper gave an overview of the Comprehensive Plan process and timeline. Discussion followed.
Mr. Peaper went on to detail the next steps in the project, including online engagement, in-person
community workshops, Zoom community workshop and stakeholder meetings.
After further discussion, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 10:30 a.m.

The purpose of this public meeting is to have an informal discussion with the Town Council,
Plan Commission, and the consultant HWC Engineering regarding the Zionsville
Comprehensive Plan.
Members of the public shall have the right to attend this Special Joint Meeting of the Zionsville
Plan Commission and the Zionsville Town Council in person or view the meeting via YouTube
