Zionsville Architectural Review Committee Meeting Minutes July 22, 2014 Zionsville Town Hall Attendees: Chris Bucher Tom Casalini Eileen Davis Brad Johnson Janice Stevanovich (note: Wayne DeLong, after the meeting adjourned) Meeting opened at 7:40am. Quorum was recognized by Vice President, and acting president, Brad Johnson Agenda adopted (Motion by Tom Casalini, Second by Eileen Davis.) Minutes from last meeting June 24, 2014 approved. (Motion by Tom Casalni, Second by Eileen Davis.) Old Business: 1. New applications: No official applications, two inquiries (Chapel and Price properties). Project Updates: 1. 20 East Cedar: Building getting close to completion. 2. 260 South First/Wessel Building: Building getting close to completion. Eileen to contact Ron Wessel regarding completion process and forms. Will try for next meeting to have ready for approval of grant monies. Note: Due to lack of quorum at this point, the meeting was officially adjourned . Eileen Davis took minutes for Chris Bucher in his absence and the discussion followed per below: 3. Cobblestone: Still not completed (awning still not installed). Research needed to confirm October 2014 is deadline for completion or they must file an extension. Paperwork has been received on June 1st 2013 at Town Hall. 4. Rosies/Main & Cedar: Cost is coming down, RDC to be contacted for further assistance on interior work. Brad noted that they may not receive RDC grant if the work has been started, Should apply and receive approval before work starts. New Business: 1. No new program inquiries. Reports/Other: 1. Financial recap: Janice provided new updated spreadsheets with the running total and the current available funds. The available funds left for 2014 are $11,304.50 which may be adjusted upon the completion of the Wessel and Rosies projects final grant payouts. 2. Rules updates: Janice confirmed that the new Project Checklist form is uploaded to the Town website. The group agreed to discuss at least one rules update per meeting this year as there are no new applications right now, then finalize in December in one document. Brad Johnson agreed to propose the next update for discussion and take a first look at for the next meeting in August. 3. Janice requested before and after pictures for the town website, no matter what quality, any photos in progress or before are welcome! Next meeting is August 26, 2014 at 7:30am in the Town Hall fireplace room, unless it needs to be moved up for the Wessel payment to be received for Town approval by 8/19.
