Zionsville Architectural Review Committee Meeting Minutes Tuesday, February 24, 2015 Attendees: Committee Members: Mike Billig Tom Casalini Eileen Davis Brad Johnson Dave Rausch Mike Zeller Others: Wayne DeLong Janice Stevanovich President Dave Rausch opened the meeting at 7:35 am with review of the Agenda. A quorum was present. Tom Casalini made a motion to approve the Agenda. Seconded by Eileen Davis. Motion approved unanimously. Mike Zeller made motion to approve the minutes of January 27, 2015 as submitted. Seconded by Tom Casalini. Motion approved unanimously. Old Business: 99 N. First Street, Price The revised application of 2/11/2015 was reviewed. Tom Casalini made a motion to approve the application with a total cost of $47,245 and a grant of $18,898. The motion was seconded by Eileen Davis and approved unanimously. New Business: No new applications or inquiries have been received. Reports and Other Business: • A current financial summary was distributed by Janice Stevanovich and reviewed by the committee. • Potential program refinements were discussed. Particular interest was expressed in improvement of the trash enclosure situation and this will be reviewed in the future. • Other program refinement points have been discussed by the committee and will be considered for inclusion in the program documentation in a future update. • Discussion of the need for a committee secretary and assistant secretary took place. Brad Johnson made a motion that Mike Zeller fill the role of secretary and Mike Billig serve as assistant secretary. Tom Casalini seconded and the motion was approved unanimously. With no additional business, Tom Casalini moved to adjourn at 8:55am. Mike Billig seconded. Unanimous approval. Adjournment.
