Zionsville Architectural Review Committee Meeting Minutes Tuesday, March 24, 2015 Attendees: Committee Members: Mike Billig Tom Casalini Beth Casselman Eileen Davis Brad Johnson Dave Rausch Mike Zeller Others: Wayne DeLong Janice Stevanovich President Dave Rausch opened the meeting at 7:35 am with review of the Agenda. A quorum was present. Tom Casalini made a motion to approve the Agenda. Seconded by Beth Casselman. Motion approved unanimously. Tom Casalini made a motion to approve the minutes of February 24, 2015 as submitted. Seconded by Beth Casselman. Motion approved unanimously. Reports: Janice Stevanovich presented a financial summary to the committee, indicating remaining funds for the year of $71,884.78 Old Business: • 130 Hawthorne St (Chapel) – Awaiting better weather • 30-40-N. Main St (Greeks) – Construction underway • 99 N. First Street, (Price) – Awaiting better weather New Business: No new applications have been received. One very preliminary inquiry has been received and the committee is interested in hearing more about this opportunity when more is known about the potential plans. Other Business/Program Refinements: The January 27, 2015 Summary of Program Refinement Considerations, as well as Eileen Davis email of February 25, 2015 were distributed and briefly discussed. Potential refinements will be reviewed with Town Management for a suggested approach. The committee felt this to be an opportune time to make improvements to the program, since no applications are currently pending. With no additional business, Brad Johnson moved to adjourn at 8:35am.
