Zionsville Architectural Review Committee - Meeting Minutes Tuesday, August 23rd, 2016 ATTENDEES: Committee Members:  Mike Billig  Eileen Davis  Todd Rottmann  Tom Casalini  Brad Johnson  Beth Casselman  David Rausch Others:  Wayne DeLong Chair David Rausch opened the meeting at 7:31 am. A quorum was present. AGENDA: A motion to approve the agenda as proposed was made by Brad Johnson and seconded by Eileen Davis. Motion was approved unanimously. MEETING MINUTES: A motion to approve the June 28th, 2016 meeting minutes as proposed and amended was made by Brad Johnson and seconded by Tom Casalini. Motion was approved unanimously. REPORTS: The 2016 budget remains $50,000. An encumbered amount of $60,378.00 has been carried from 2015 for 130 Hawthorne and 98 Main Street Projects. No change from previous month. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Façade Application for 98 South Main St (Swack): Subcommittee (Tom & Eileen) updated the committee on progress. Owner is seeking additional quotes on separate cornice and tuck pointing. 2. Façade Application for 120 South Main (Zeller): Project was updated. Tuck pointing and brick cleaning were discussed. David Rausch to follow up with Applicant regarding lights, brick cleaning and close out steps. NEW BUSINESS: 1. The Committee briefly discussed tree near the Chapel building being in the right-of-way. At 8:12 am Brad Johnson moved for adjournment. Mike Billig seconded this motion.
