Zionsville Architectural Review Committee - Meeting Minutes Tuesday, July 25th, 2017 ATTENDEES: Committee Members:  Mike Billig  Carol Mullet  Tom Casalini  David Rausch  Steve Freeland  Todd Rottmann Others:  Janice Stevanovic Chair David Rausch opened the meeting at 7:36 am. A quorum was present. AGENDA: A motion to approve the agenda as proposed was made by Tom Casalini and seconded by Steve Freeland. Motion was approved unanimously. MEETING MINUTES: A motion to approve of the June 26th, 2017 meeting minutes with corrections (Wayne Delong was present in lieu of Janice) was made by Todd Rottmann and seconded by Steve Freeland. Motion was approved unanimously. REPORTS: The ZARC Financials were reviewed. The 2017 budget was set at $50,000. An encumbered amount of $46,000.00 has been carried from 2016 fiscal year to 2017 for 76 South Main St (Dot Chapel) Project. The 2016 budget includes pending payouts of $11,750 (76 South Main St) & $35,000 (95 East Pine St). OLD BUSINESS: 1. Façade Application for 76 South Main St. (Dot Chapel): Project appears to be nearing completion. Tom Casalini will follow-up with Applicant to close project. Funding from 2017 funds will be relayed to the Applicant as to closing project out before end of year. 2. Proposed adjustments to the grant were tabled. No updates. 3. Façade Application for 95 East Pine St (HNK LLC - The Lemon Bar): Project is progressing. Window openings are being formed on East exposure, patio is being removed, concrete for south addition was being formed and poured. David passed along input from Applicant that the Architectural Review Grant process has been efficient and she appreciated the approach. A site visit is scheduled for Mike, Todd, David, and Applicant after meeting. NEW BUSINESS:  1. No New Business. At 7:58 am, Tom Casalini moved for adjournment. David Rausch seconded this motion.
