Zionsville Architectural Review Committee - Meeting Minutes Location: Zionsville Town Hall Tuesday, August 27th, 2019 ATTENDEES: Committee Members Present:  Todd Rottmann  Steve Freeland  David Rausch  Carol Mullet  Tom Casalini  Cara Weber  Steve Herron  Mike Billig Committee Members Absent: Others Present:  Wayne Delong, Town of Zionsville  Gary Angstadt, VRA  Mark Walters, VRA President Todd Rottmann opened the meeting at 7:34 am. A Quorum was present. MEETING AGENDA and MINUTES: A new agenda was reviewed, and a motion to adopt the agenda was made by Tom Casalini and seconded by Mike Billig. Motion was approved unanimously. The July 23rd meeting minutes were reviewed. A motion to adopt was made by Steve Freeland and seconded by Carol Mullet. Motion was approved unanimously. REPORTS: The ZARC Financials were reviewed. The financial report was updated to reflect the amendment to the 170 S. Main project. $47,800.34 remain in the 2019 budget. OLD BUSINESS: 1. 170 South Main  David Rausch recused himself from the committee to present on behalf of project  Window repair/replace process beginning  Amendment provided at meeting for final signatures, completed at end of meeting 2. Lions Club – Zionsville  No Update 3. 345 and 365 South Main Street  No Update – applicant expected to return with more info in near future NEW BUSINESS: None NEXT MEETING DATE: The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 24th, 2019 ADJOURN: With no other new business, Tom Casalini made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Cara Weber, at 7:46 am.
