Zionsville Architectural Review Committee - Meeting Minutes Location: Zionsville Town Hall Tuesday, February 25th, 2020 ATTENDEES: Committee Members Present: • Todd Rottmann • Steve Herron • Cara Weber • David Rausch • Steve Freeland • Carol Mullet • Tom Casalini • Mike Billig Others Present: • Wayne Delong, Town of Zionsville • Janice Stevanovic, Town of Zionsville President Todd Rottmann opened the meeting at 8:00 am. A Quorum was present. MEETING AGENDA and MINUTES: A new agenda was reviewed, and a motion to adopt the agenda was made by Steve Freeland and seconded by Tom Casalini. Motion was approved unanimously. The January 28th, 2020 meeting minutes were reviewed. A motion to adopt the minutes was made by Steve Freeland and seconded by Cara Weber. Motion was approved unanimously. REPORTS: The ZARC Financials were reviewed. No updates were made. OLD BUSINESS: 1. 170 South Main • David Rausch recused himself from the committee to present on behalf of project. • Final payment documentation was issued and requested. • President Todd Rottmann agreed to visit the project and confirm completeness and release final payment. 2. ZARC Boundaries • Boundaries were discussed and will be reviewed in more depth in subsequent meetings. NEW BUSINESS: 1. None NEXT MEETING DATE: The next meeting is scheduled for 8:00am, Tuesday, March 24th, 2020 at Zionsville Town Hall ADJOURN: With no other new business, Mike Billig made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Tom Casalini, at 8:30 am.
