Zionsville Architectural Review Committee - Meeting Minutes Location: Zionsville Town Hall Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 ATTENDEES: Committee Members Present: • Todd Rottmann • Steve Freeland • David Rausch • Mike Billig • Tom Casalini • Cara Weber • Steve Herron Committee Members Absent: • Carol Mullet Others Present: • Wayne Delong, Town of Zionsville President Todd Rottmann opened the meeting at 8:06 am. A Quorum was present. MEETING AGENDA and MINUTES: A new agenda was reviewed, and a motion to adopt the agenda was made by Steve Freeland and seconded by Tom Casalini. Motion was approved unanimously. The November 2019 meeting minutes were reviewed. A motion to adopt the minutes was made by Steve Freeland and seconded by Cara Weber. Motion was approved unanimously. REPORTS: The ZARC Financials were reviewed. The financial summary for the year 2020 shows the full amount of $83,444 as approved by Town Council in July of 2019. The request for additional funds (above and beyond the traditional $50,000) was made pro-actively back in July of 2019 in an effort to ensure enough money would be available for the Elm Street (Lions Club) project in 2020; however, the project was adapted and the funds were dispersed accordingly and entirely in 2019. No changes will be made to the ZARC financial summary for 2020 in light of this, as the requested funds are not specifically tied to any project in particular. OLD BUSINESS: 1. 170 South Main • David Rausch recused himself from the committee to present on behalf of project. • Window repair/replace is still ongoing • The fund disbursement check from 2019 had been cut in 2019 but will not be provided to the applicant until project completion. 2. ZARC Boundaries • Boundaries were reviewed and discussed, the goal is to approve boundary extensions, if agreed upon, within the next couple of meetings in 2020. ELECTION OF OFFICERS: A motion to maintain the existing Officers for the 2020 year was made by Steve Freeland, seconded by Mike Billig. None NEXT MEETING DATE: The next meeting is scheduled for 8:00am, Tuesday, February 25th, 2020 at Zionsville Town Hall ADJOURN: With no other new business, Mike Billig made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Tom Casalini, at 8:58 am.
