ZIONSVILLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MEETING MEMORANDA FOR Friday, February 22, 2019 at 8:30am Zionsville Town Hall Council Chamber 1100 West Oak Street Members Present: Cara Weber, President, Tammy Kelly, Vice-President, Brad Burk, Secretary. Also Present: Wayne DeLong, AICP, Director of Planning & Economic Development. A. Opening a. Call meeting to order-8:30am. b. Recognition of Quorum, and adoption of Agenda. B. Election of Officers a. Cara Weber introduced the agenda item. A motion was made by Brad Burk (seconded by Tammy Kelly) to keep in place the same officer slate as 2019 (Cara Weber, President, Tammy Kelly, Vice President, Brad Burk, Secretary). The motion was approved by a vote of 3-0 of the members present at the meeting. C. Old Business Creekside Corporate Park Programming. Cara Weber introduced the agenda item and Wayne DeLong presented the Form of Lease associated with the concept of signing an agreement with the Parks Board, leasing the common areas within Creekside Corporate Park to the Parks Board for purposes of facilitating Parks Department programming. Further, it was indicated the Real Estate closing associated with the Corporation’s acquisition of the Common Area is scheduled to occur contemporaneously with the execution of the Lease, if approved by the Corporation. A motion was made by Cara Weber (seconded by Tammy Kelly) to approve the form of lease and authorize execution of closing documents. The motion was approved by a vote of 3-0 of the members present at the meeting. D. Adjournment (the meeting adjourned at 8:42am) Respectfully Submitted, Brad Burk, Secretary
