ZIONSVILLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MEETING MEMORANDA FOR Monday, October 26, 2018 at 8:15am Zionsville Town Hall-Room 105 1100 West Oak Street Members Present: Cara Weber, President, Tammy Kelly, Vice-President, J.D Graves, Brooks Mattice, and Brad Burk. Also Present: Wayne DeLong, AICP, Director of Planning & Economic Development, and Ben Worrell, Boone EDC. A. Opening a. Call meeting to order-8:17am. b. Recognition of Quorum, and adoption of Agenda. B. New Business 2018 Snow Removal and 2019 Mowing Vendors (Creekside Corporate Park). The Corporation considered quotations provided by current vendors (Earth & Turf, Snow Removal, for 2018 season, BrightView, Mowing and grounds maintenance, for a service period for, March to December 2019). Quotations were available for review. The Corporation approved the utilization of Earth & Turf for snow removal (for removal of snow until summer of 2019) and BrightView for a service period between March and December 31, 2019). C. Other Business Creekside Corporate Park Programming. Efforts to establish an agreement with the Parks Board are currently ongoing. The finalization of the agreement likely will be timed with the conveyance of the common area from the Redevelopment Commission to the Corporation with the goal of accomplishing the conveyance by the end of 2018. The Corporation was informed that both Kim’s Cookies and Alt Construction had each complied with the requirements associated with each grant and had presented invoices demonstrating compliance. The Corporation indicated that checks would be prepared for the amounts due to both Kim’s Cookies and Alt Construction. D. Adjournment (the meeting adjourned at 8:42am)
