ZIONSVILLE SAFETY BOARD SPECIAL MEETING MEMORANDA For February 23rd, 2012 Zionsville Town Hall 1100 W. Oak Street 1. OPENING A. Call meeting to order – Steve Mundy called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. Board members present: Steve Mundy, Tim Haak Members absent: Susana Suarez 2. MEETING ITEMS A. New Business: 1. Conditional Offer of Employment Chief VanGorder explained the vacancy coming up in the operations side of the fire department due to Josh Frost accepting the Fire Marshal position. He asked permission to give Joshua Sayman a conditional job offer for Firefighter/EMT and permission to move on to the next person on the approved hiring list should Joshua not accept the offer or fail to pass the required testing. Mr. Haak motioned to extend a conditional job offer to Joshua Sayman and further authorize the fire Chief to move on to the next person on the approved hiring list should Mr. Sayman not accept the offer or fail to pass all of the required testing.
