ZIONSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA FOR Monday December 17, 2018 at 7:30 AM Zionsville Town Hall Council Chamber 1100 West Oak Street Date of Preparation: December 17, 2018 Members Present: Josh Garrett, President; Kevin Spees, Elizabeth Hopper and Susanna Suarez Members Absent: Tom Schuler, Jason Plunkett and Bryan Traylor Also Present: Tim Haak, Mayor; Ed Mitro, Deputy Mayor; Heather Willey, Town Attorney; Amy Lacy, Director of Finance & Records, and Town Department Staff. 1. OPENING A. Call meeting to order B. Pledge of Allegiance 2. APPROVAL OF THE MEMORANDUM OF THE DECEMBER 03, 2018 REGULAR MEETING (copy posted). COUNCIL ACTION: Councilor Spees moved to approve the Memoranda of the December 3, 2018 Town Council Meeting. Councilor Suarez seconded the motion. The Memoranda of the December 3, 2018 meeting was approved by a vote of four in favor, zero opposed. 3. REQUEST TO SPEAK There were no requests to speak. 4. OLD BUSINESS - None 5. NEW BUSINESS A. Consideration of a Re-Appropriation Resolution (year-end rectifying for multiple departments). RESOLUTION #2018-19 Deputy Mayor Mitro presented Resolution #2018-19, stating that this was not new money but instead a year-end rectification for multiple departments in order to keep all appropriation lines positive. He stressed that all funds are positive. COUNCIL ACTION: Councilor Spees moved to approve Resolution #2018-19. Councilor Hopper seconded the motion. Resolution #2018-19 was approved by a vote of four in favor, zero opposed. 6. OTHER MATTERS There were no other matters to discuss. 7. ADJOURN COUNCIL ACTION: President Garrett moved to adjourn the meeting. Councilor Spees seconded the motion. The motion was approved by a vote of four in favor, zero opposed.
