MEETING MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE SESSION TOWN COUNCIL, TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE Pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (“Executive Session”), Public Notice was given that an Executive Session of the Town Council of the Town of Zionsville was be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. THE PUBLIC MEETING WAS CONDUCTED ELECTRONICALLY PURSUANT TO GOVERNOR ERIC J. HOLCOMB’S EXECUTIVE ORDERS 20-02, 20-04 AND 20-08 AND GOVERNOR HOLCOMB’S EXERCISE OF HIS POWERS UNDER INDIANA’S EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND DISASTER LAW, IND. CODE 10-14-3, et seq. This meeting was not open to the public. The Executive Session was held pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6) and Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9), to receive information about and interview prospective employees. President Garrett called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. The following were in attendance: Josh Garrett, President, Town Council Jason Plunkett, Vice-President, Town Council Brad Burk, Councilor Alex Choi, Councilor Joe Culp, Councilor Craig Melton, Councilor Bryan Traylor, Councilor Heather Willey, legal counsel to the Town Council Emily Styron, Mayor Julie Johns-Cole, Deputy Mayor Jo Kiel, Director, Human Resources Amy Nooning, general counsel to the Town Sara Blevins, labor and employment counsel to the Town No other items were discussed were discussed other than the items publicly noticed.
