PZAZ Minutes 8:30 a.m. February 21, 2024 Zionsville Town Hall Tangoe Conference Room 202 1100 West Oak Street The meeting was conducted onsite. All members participated in person. Present: Greta Sanderson, Michal Owens, Pauline Coderre, Ellen Dennehy, Dan Bradley, Roger Collins I. Attendance taken at 8:45 AM II. Approve January minutes III. New business a. Follow up from Boone County Invasives Cooperative presentation i. Review detailed notes from Josephine Locke ii. Prioritize which aspects could be included in ordinance updates IV. Update on Initiatives and committee responsibilities a. Ordinances and Preservation- Pauline i. Looked over the draft that Pauline has been working on updating ii. Created a subcommittee (Pauline, Dan, and Michal) together to help polish document and wording to make it more consumer friendly, per federal guidelines iii. Subcommittee will also complete recommended tree list/undesirable tree list to send out to update Zionsville Town website and send out to HOA and social media iv. Set up meeting with Tim to show final document to bring before Town Council b. Events- Michal i. Order saplings from DNR for Greenfest ii. Update QR code/flyer for Tree of the Year for Greenfest V.
