REQUEST TO APPLY FOR BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT GRANT Rux moved, Slaight-Hansen seconded to approve the request from the Engineering Department for permission to apply for Bridge Improvement Grant Funds through the SD Department of Transportation in the amount of $1,088,000 for the 3rd Avenue, SE Bridge Project. REQUEST FOR PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT Campbell moved, Johnson seconded to approve the request for a $300.71 property tax abatement for 1117 – 6th Avenue, NE with City’s share of that abatement amount being $90.84. All voting aye, motion carried.  16634 REQUEST TO PURCHASE COMPUTERS Swanson moved, Campbell seconded to approve the request from the Computer Department for permission to purchase 35 desktop computers from R & K Computers in the amount of $31,150.
