18617 MINUTES ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING City Council Chambers, 123 South Lincoln Street, Municipal Building, Aberdeen, South Dakota, April 30, 2024, at 12:00 p.m., special meeting of the City Council. CALL TO ORDER MEETING ROLL CALL Present at roll call were City Council Members Rob Ronayne, Erin Fouberg via teleconference, Charlotte Liebelt, Justin Reinbold, Tiffany Langer via teleconference, David Novstrup via teleconference, and Mayor Travis Schaunaman. Council Member’s Josh Rife and Alan Johnson were absent. City Staff present were Ron Wager and Jordan McQuillen. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Schaunaman led the Pledge of Allegiance. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion by Reinbold, second by Liebelt to approve the agenda. Voice vote to approve, all present voting aye, motion carried. NEW BUSINESS POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT CITY PROPERTY (NO SALE) FOR TOSHA VALSVIG AND NICK GEHRTS WEDDING AT WYLIE PARK PAVILION BEGINNING MAY 4, 2024, AT 5:00 PM AND ENDING ON MAY 4, 2024, AT 12:00 AM. Motion by Reinbold, second by Ronayne to approve the application for permit to serve alcohol beverages at City Property (no sale) for Tosha Valsvig and Nick Gehrts Wedding at Wylie Park Pavilion beginning May 4, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. and ending on May 4, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. Voice vote to approve, all present voting aye, motion carried.
