3-A 2016-2472 PLN15-0566 - 2001 Harbor Bay Parkway - Use Permit and Design
Review - Applicant: Bob Pires for Peet’s Operating Company. The
applicant requests a use permit and design review approval for the
outdoor installation of a regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) for control
of coffee roaster emissions. The RTO is to be located in an
approximately 1,800 sq. ft. fenced enclosure on the north side of the
Peet’s Coffee and Tea roasting facility. This use permit is also intended
to allow other incidental outdoor installations that support this roasting
facility. The property is located within the C-M-PD
(Commercial-Manufacturing Planned Development) zoning district.

3-B 2016-2474 PLN15-0459 - 2505 Monarch Street - Applicant: Caley Shoemaker
for Proximo Distillers Alameda. The applicant requests a Use Permit
to allow an outdoor seating area for customers and occasional permitted
events. The request includes having food truck vendors on the site two
days per week. No changes are proposed to the building which is a
contributing structure to the NAS Alameda Historic District.

3-C 2016-2494 PLN15-0569 - 2900 Navy Way - Applicant: J. Elaine Macey: Porsche
Club of America - Golden Gate Region. The applicant requests an
extension of an Interim Use Permit to allow autocross events for a
period of five years, exclusively on weekends. The autocross events
involve drivers navigating automobiles through a slalom course
constructed of traffic cones, and would attract approximately 80-130
people and vehicles per event with associated food, product sales, and
office booths. The events begin at 7:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m. and
occur on a 23-acre section of Runway 07-25 within the Northwest
Territory, east of the future Veterans Health Clinic at Alameda Point.

3-D 2016-2477 PLN15-0572 - Alameda Point - Applicant: Rachel Campos de Ivanov
for the Alameda Point Partners. The applicant requests use permit
approval to hold a series of temporary events in and around Site A, with
certain events extending to the entirety of Alameda Point. These events,
referred to as Phase Zero will range from single-day to month-long, and
range in size from less than 20 people to events that will feature multiple
sites across Alameda Point and attract thousands of visitors. No
alterations to structures are planned as part of the event series.
